Deleted items & recovery
EverDrive deletes are reversible — purge is not.
Deleting an item in EverDrive moves it to Deleted, where it can be recovered. Purge is a separate, irreversible operation governed by retention and legal holds.
- Recover — returns the item to its prior state.
- Purge — permanently destroys the archived copy; blocked by active retention or legal holds.
